As part of the site development process for Philmont Country Club, DEP has issued a blasting permit which will permit this activity to prepare the site for utility and other infrastructure installation. DEP’s Pottsville District Mining office has confirmed that all permit requirements have been met and will allow the blasting activities to begin August 1, 2023.
