Final Land Development plan application for review at the September 10 BOC Meeting
The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners will review a Final Land Development plan application, located at 3001,3041,3051 Philmont at their September 10, 2024, meeting at 7pm. The application, submitted BT Philmont, proposes 219 Apartment units,3,00 Square feet of commercial and retail space, and a two-story parking garage.
There will be a meeting conducted in-person at the Lower Moreland Township Building located at 640 Red Lion Road. The meeting will also be streamed via Zoom which the public may join by either telephone using the dial-in number or entering the URL in your internet browser.
