Robert Pace has been a Penn State Extension Certified Master Watershed Steward in Montgomery County for 7 years. During this time, he has chaired a Stormwater Management and Basins Committee at his HOA. He has done numerous residential stormwater assessments in Ambler Borough as part of their Growing Ambler Green Grant as well as at other locations in the county. He has over 26 years of professional experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers where he managed numerous water resource projects for flood damage reduction and environmental restoration nationally and internationally, as well as over 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant. His presentation will address flooding and water quality issues as they relate to stormwater…and what homeowners can do to improve conditions that impact their properties, their communities, and the watershed they live in
