The Lower Moreland Township Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to review a conditional use/land development application for a property located at 3001-3051 Philmont Avenue. The application submitted by BET Investments is proposing a 219-unit multi-family residential building consisting of one and two-bedroom units with commercial space.
