Fetters Mill Bridge is a historic steel riveted through truss, single lane bridge originally constructed in 1893 and rehabilitated in 1977. It is a 82-foot, single span structure , over the Pennypack Creek connecting Lower Moreland Township to the west, with Borough of Bryn Athyn to the east. The bridge was closed to traffic indefinitely on April 27, 2017 due to its poor condition. Based on the historical significance, PennDOT approved a full rehabilitation to accommodate a single lane of traffic through the historical Fetter’s Mill Village.
